Delivery Time

The average estimated delivery time for our products is 8 to 20 business days after the order ships, and it may vary. Keep in mind that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

This time frame starts the moment your order ships — not on the date of purchase or on the date your tracking number is sent.

Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number, sent to your email and WhatsApp within 2 to 7 business days after purchase. With it, you can follow your order from the moment it leaves the country of origin until it reaches your address.

Because this is an international shipment, the first updates on the tracking site can take 3 to 5 business days to appear after the tracking number is sent. While the package is in transit between the country of origin and the United States, it is normal for tracking to go a few days without updates — this does not mean there is a problem with your order.

Delivery

Final delivery is handled by your local postal service. In some cases — no one available to receive the package, an address with delivery restrictions, among other reasons — a notice may be left so you can pick the package up at the post office closest to the address provided.

No Extra Fees

You don't pay any additional fees. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount: there are no import duties, no customs fees, and no surprise charges at delivery.

Important

The shipping address must be reviewed by the buyer before the purchase is confirmed. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or incomplete information, the customer is responsible.

The address cannot be changed more than 12 hours after the order is placed, because by then the item has already entered the packing process. Orders also cannot be canceled after 24 hours.
